GCX normally has it for 20% to 25% off for dominos gift cards. You can even buy a smaller denomination. Also the app is good to have all gift cards at one place with card balances.

Yes, you can even use 2 gift cards for 1 order at Domino's, unlike some other restaurants that limit 1 gift card.
However, the gift cards won't save onto your account at Domino's.

Yes, but there are some frustrating things with Domino's gift cards:
1.) They can't be used for order-ahead. i.e. You can't order pizza at 9am for a lunchtime delivery.
2.) The card can't be saved to your account, so you have to manually enter it in each time. A lot of places (e.g. Wendy's, Amazon) will let you save the card to your account for future orders, which is nice because manually typing the numbers in is annoying on a phone.
