FYI for those considering it, the listing photos on eBay are NOT accurate, as they show a MicroATX case and motherboard and what looks like an RTX 5060. The actual photos can be found on the Best Buy listing for this specific SKU and you'll see it's a full size ATX board and case with the RTX 5070 card. It looks to have a tower air cooler too, which should be okay for the 14700f although the case does have space to support a 240mm AIO down the road.
UPDATE: As it turns out my instincts were correct. This was a price mistake.
Not familiar enough with the differences to know if it's with the extra $60.
