Nice deal. Sent this to a buddy who still has a Ryzen 1700x / GTX 1070 machine that was looking to upgrade and convinced them to buy it since I couldn't build it myself for anywhere near the same price these days.
FYI for those considering it, the listing photos on eBay are NOT accurate, as they show a MicroATX case and motherboard and what looks like an RTX 5060. The actual photos can be found on the Best Buy listing for this specific SKU and you'll see it's a full size ATX board and case with the RTX 5070 card. It looks to have a tower air cooler too, which should be okay for the 14700f although the case does have space to support a 240mm AIO down the road.

I just received this from the other deal that was posted a few days ago, CPU Cooler came off and was trashing around, damaged a bunch of parts so it's being returned. Anddd I just missed this deal, GAH.

The order I referenced in my prior comment was retroactively canceled. Just got the email saying the seller ran out of stock. Obviously false since the listing is still up in stock, at a higher price.

They do this everytime ebay releases sitewide coupon. Cancel orders they are not gonna take 20% loss from the new coupon so they raise price to offset the coupon to same price.
