Bad reviews on the Allstate warranty being honored.
I bought a refurbished Acer PC a while back and it lasted about 2 years before either the PSU or cooling started failing. Not complaining. It was cheap. Just don't expect the refurbs to last 5+ years without replacing some wear component - at which point, you see another refurb with better specs available and just repeat the process versus paying half of what you originally paid to try to keep a lower spec PC running.

IPS 1200p Matte AR display is good (A-), 4k video playback clear, white text is a bit screen door.
Metal display lid and bottom, plastic keyboard palmrest. 75/25 (B+)
Very snappy, web browsing speed is 450mph (speedometer 2.1) at 18 hr performance mode. Just remover acer apps if it slow.(A)
150-300mph at 24 hr battery on eco mode, lowest brightness.
Comes with Hello IR face unlock (works well), keyboard good.(A)
webcam & speakers ok (B), use BT 2.0 speakers
comes 65w usbc chargers, 15-30w phone chargers work too. ver7 travel friendly (B) compared an 11 inch arm tablet.
very good value for $290-320 16gb. you can find 32gb for $390-480.(A)
$100 more extra ram is a bonus but needed. 16gb is still fast
