I have the snow joe version of this (same size, voltage, etc).

It does save your back since you don't have to do the scooping motion.

Only works on lightweight snow. Struggles with slush.

A little annoying that it throws snow directly forward, so you have to angle yourself to get the snow where you want it.

I'd say about $80 is what these are worth.

Unless you're out there plowing fresh fluffy snow as it's useless for slush and icy snow.

Also, battery operated models aren't going to clear an average driveway without multiple batteries. Walmart has a corded 12-amp model (Senix) for $67.

We use a similar one to just clear extra snow off our front walkway and our patio, good for the use, I would hate to clear a whole driveway with it though

I have the yellow snow Joe version as well. It does more than they said above, I've gone through like 5" mid weight snow with it. It works incredibly well but it's a thin path. Like said above, it only throws straight. It also shaves close to the driveway leaving a nice clean path. I don't use it a ton but in certain situations it's great. I also have like 4 diff Sunjoe/snowjoe batteries which helps.

I have a similar plug in device from lowes. It gets jammed in 1" of snow. A shovel is easier to deal with.

I have the snowjoe version. They're okay. Struggles with ice which is expected. Fresh snow works as designed.I rather spend the 180 on something for that greenworks snowblower on Bestbuy.

Plug in and getting stuck in 1" means it's not similar at all
