Wish it was AT&T... Canceling Verizon and trying to get your activation fee back is a PITA.

Looks already OOS after 16 minutes of posting or just me?

The easiest way is to port out and eat the fee...not the cheapest, but the easiest.

Yeah I did that on an earlier deal. Ported out within the hour of activation but no way to get activation fee waived until your first bill, unlike with AT&T. Verizon will still charge regulatory fees which is annoying.

Should yes. I did that on a deal a year or two ago. I tried again on a deal earlier this month but I believe something changed since the last time I did it. Now I have to wait for a bill to generate before arguing for an activation fee refund.

Thank you. Verizon porting auto call said my line is not eligible for transfer PIN,line was set up yesterday. What could be the problem there?
