Bulk packaging and woot being seller = refurbished memory cards.

As long as these still work, I don't see what the problem is, if they are used or refurbished or not. I have a Kano PC that uses Micro SD cards up to 256gb as it's only real form of storage, so if I could get a 256gb card for only $20, I don't think it's a bad deal at all.
