Woah, I just bought the X10 pro Omni from their ebay outlet on Black Friday for $300. I wonder if they will price match. I'll ask and report back ... Otherwise I may just return and buy again.

I bought this when it came out. It's pretty good but has major flaw where it breaks and it's a pain to fix yourself.

Beware. The robot does not work when the internet is down. We had trouble with Xfinity and this thing would not vacuum and the app would request internet connection.

If somebody knows a workaround, let me know.

I have it as well, I vacuum and mop daily, but currently the base station doesn't refill the vacuum and the base gets all nasty from water. Eufy said they'll need to replace my base station. Not even a year old.

Avoid the X10, its not a great performer and its brush guard design is flawed, gets chewed up and needs frequent replacement.
