None of these companies have their own factories. CCP uses these shells so if they do start huge fires or get banned, they can open new ones. The actual manufacturer you can't do business with. It's hard to even get their names from industry people.

In my totally uninformed unscientific experience, power banks that use cylindrical cells last a lot longer than power banks that use pouch-style batteries.

Cuktech is run by the same people that used to run ZMI and is associated with Xiaomi. It's a legit brand.
I see them as a value brand slightly above INIU, but in the same price range.

I have this power bank. I use it primarily for my ROG Ally and MSI Claw and recharging my drone batteries. Would great for all of them. It says it's airplane carry on safe also.
