I have these for indoor use, and love them. But wow there is no consistency in fit and size. I tried on 3 pairs (same size) in a store, all pairs were noticably different size (length, width, toe box).

They shrink in the sun or if you look at them sideways.
Anyone ever tried these on a river/creek - how are they on wet rock/river bed?
I have these for outdoor use. They aren't flexible but by god are they durable. There isn't a lot of grip for walking on a smooth, wet rock but they are good clogs for rocky, shallow water (think kayaking, paddleboarding, etc). They are I can easily see having this pair for years. And they are comfy.

I think they fail where the top meets the sole before too many years will pass

can't be since most rubber shoes, sandals, crocs are made using a mold and injected with rubber
