A really sharp paring knife might do, but I can't imagine any shears having a thin enough and sharp enough edge to work.

That's what I'm using now but I will get my deluxe box cuter out of my tool box.
The edge needs to be super sharp and a serrated extra sharp is best.
You need to saw it so you don't push down too hard on the dough!
