Check your bill when you go, my local Ihop does not honor menu promos without special request. If you order a discounted item you have to tell them you want the discount. I spoke to the manager and they stated that this is their policy.

Here in Indiana, our IHOP got rebranded as an MHOP (Municipal House of Pancakes). The downgrade didn't go over well - no French fries, no German chocolate cake, and forget about Canadian syrup. American cheese on eveything (burgers, waffles, coffee). It closed a year later.

Why would you eat there? I stopped going after several trys at a decent breakfast, ordered scrambled eggs "wet" they came out dry and not even 2 eggs worth, bacon was rubbery, etc....
Its not a value or decent food

Haha, 3 thumbs down on the truth about a garbage food chain!
The chain has gone way down hill and seems to be barely hanging in there.
I am predicting they go into bankruptcy in the next year or so
