The 30lb bag of dog food deal I got from chewy one year is what changed my heart for my delivery guy too once. The big af bag was in a big af box... I felt bad.
I ordered two 40lb ones.
He dragged the yellow zipper pouch that contains the order (they aren't supposed to give this to you), out of the vehicle and dragged it all the way to the door...
Would have been so much easier taking the stuff out and using the handle, and he left the huge yellow amazon bag lol!
Better than the USPS lady. She refused to deliver any litter, saying it was too heavy and to pick it up from mailbox. I told Amazon and they called USPS and USPS said they don't deliver anything over 20lbs for their safety which is not true it isn't their policy. So long story short twice they had to refund me and it got shipped back to Amazon, and Amazon said they can't control which carrier the packages go to its automated.
