I used to grab these deals on chips but every time I bought chips from Amazon they are either expired or just about to and you can taste it. I gave up on Amazon for chips, I think this is how they get rid of old stock.

Agreed, similar experience. One set had all of them with a few weeks left, and even opening them they smelled a bit questionable.

That applies to almost any food item sold to Amazon. It's very rare to find items that expire more than 6 months away from the current date.
