I think it was really just Subway that was doing the whole Footlong thing. Neither Penn Station or Jersey Mike's mention length for their subs. For me, a regular Jersey Mike's sub is just as filling as a Subway footlong. I feel that 2x small Penn Station subs are a little bit more filling than Jersey Mike's regular/Subway's footlong.

Its not all about the length, you can't forget about girth

Oh, I forgot to add yesterday (Tuesday). Penn Station is still running their WhoDeyTuesday. Every Tuesday, you get this same offer as well. I am not sure if it is until the end of this month or at the end of NFL season (whenever that is). It is also a BOGO deal, but it only works on Tuesdays (obviously).
