Years ago I found a Craftsman screwdriver that had multiple driver heads inside of it in a plastic transparent cover. In the last year, I lost it, and it was easily the best screwdriver I have ever owned because the heads were magnetic, but you never lost them. Quick change was a thing and adding an extension was simple.

I typically have a set like this tucked in a drawer as it saves space when doing small tasks. But no matter the drawer eats some of the bits until I have to buy a new one. Guess I'm in for one...

No bit storage in the handle is sub-optimal and the lack of magnetic bit retention is a deal breaker for me. Waiting for the Megapro automotive or the Williams one to go on sale, but I feel like I might be waiting forever. If anyone has a good recommendation, I am all ears.

I remember those. The one that you had to pull to load. It actually won a couple awards. I had one as well, but lost my tool bag during a move.

Agreed. I own this and the fact that I have to keep track of the bits means I never use it and reach for other screwdrivers first.

Is that the one you pull back, twist to get to the next bit and then push forward?
That was a favorite screwdriver of mine, but I gave it away to a coworker on a ship when I got relieved. Should not have given it away.

I don't like that it doesn't hold it's own bits, odd choice. Anyone looking for something similar should look into the Irwin 9 in 1 screwdriver. The bits it come with are super high quality, it's my go-to screwdriver, I never end up stripping screws with it.
