He has a point. They're tiny, outrageously priced and don't have good macros. Might be a good snack for a diabetic, but these are mostly fat.

These are great for people on keto or low carb, they have terrible macros for anything else.

I'm doing just fine. The point I was trying to make is that these are absolutely HORRIBLE. And incredibly overpriced.

Spoiler alert, Birthday Cake Cookies are not diet food.

mAcRoS rant in every thread hoping desserts will magically become calorie free yet include 100 grams of protein

Are these 1-pack cookies the same cookies that come in the 2-packs?

Quest is a nutrition brand, so yes... they will be evaluated on macro NUTRIENTS.

As they should be yet not a single person has mentioned any "nUtRiEnT" other than calories / fat to protein. Funny, eh? A very unsurprising ratio anyone with a lick of sense would expect in a cookie...even from a nutrition brand. This ain't a can of tuna or a leaf of lettuce. Quest might be in the nutrition business but they can't perform miracles.

FWIW, Quest is in the PROTEIN (workout) nutrition market. Which is very different from a weight loss food company....what the peanut gallery seems to be desperate for. Might as well scream that an umbrella doesn't keep you dry when scuba diving...hint, it isn't supposed to. Don't be surprised if you get judged when ranting about that either. Your misunderstanding of the product isn't a design flaw. But but but, the umbrella is from a keeping people dry bRaNd!!!!!

That is my point and using euphemisms like "macros" or "nutrients" doesn't change that...nor does it change Quest Nutrition's mission statement. https://www.questnutrition.com/pages/our-mission
