I hope you have a vacuum sealer to store. Otherwise, depending on humidity. will last maybe 2 yrs after opening. Also somewhere between 850 to 1000 Tsp of salt in it. Which is about 19 to 20 cups of salt.

I think your math is off a bit.

I see 610 mg of sodium per serving X 1200 servings = 732 grams of sodium.

732 grams of table salt is equal to 2.5 cups, give or take.

Don't you need to convert the mass of sodium to the mass of sodium chloride?
0.610g sodium per serv * 1200 serv = 732 g sodium
Sodium (Na) is 22.99 g/mol while table salt (NaCl) is 58.44 g/mol, so about 2.54 g NaCl per g Na
732 g Na * 2.54 g NaCl per g Na = 1859 g NaCl
1859 g NaCl / 453 g per lb = 4.1 lb NaCl
4.1 lb NaCl / 7.9 lb bouillon = 52% salt by weight.
Converting to volumetric percentage isn't really easy, but if a teaspoon of table salt is approximately 7g, then 1859 g table salt is about 266 teaspoons, or 5.54 cups.

Good for a soup kitchen I suppose, but for most households it's too much. I would pay the 3¢ per ounce penalty and buy the same bouillon powder in a large jar from Sam's Club at their regular price https://www.samsclub.com/ip/Knorr...thena=true

If you really want to go next level in a chicken base this Knorr liquid concentrated base (4 32oz bottles) is really good too. It's basically concentrated chicken broth and much closer to homemade tasting. It's also on sale right now https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004QLX3PS/ It's only 23¢ per ounce after coupon and max S&S. That's not bad for a premium product with an arguably more healthy list of ingredients: CHICKEN BROTH, SALT, SUGAR, YEAST EXTRACT, CHICKEN FAT, CORN STARCH, CITRIC ACID, NATURAL FLAVOR.

The vegetarian base has a 30% off coupon too https://www.amazon.com/Knorr-Prof...B004QM0S1E
