Pizza contains a large amount of MSG, do you get migraines from it?
I see 610 mg of sodium per serving X 1200 servings = 732 grams of sodium.
732 grams of table salt is equal to 2.5 cups, give or take.

0.610g sodium per serv * 1200 serv = 732 g sodium
Sodium (Na) is 22.99 g/mol while table salt (NaCl) is 58.44 g/mol, so about 2.54 g NaCl per g Na
732 g Na * 2.54 g NaCl per g Na = 1859 g NaCl
1859 g NaCl / 453 g per lb = 4.1 lb NaCl
4.1 lb NaCl / 7.9 lb bouillon = 52% salt by weight.
Converting to volumetric percentage isn't really easy, but if a teaspoon of table salt is approximately 7g, then 1859 g table salt is about 266 teaspoons, or 5.54 cups.
I think your approach is well thought out.
We can glean a few important things from the label.
They are giving us a value of 3 grams per serving total weight. Of that 3 grams, 620 milligrams are made up of sodium.
Using simple math, that puts the percentage of sodium at just over 20% by weight.
Again, using simple math, 20% of 3.6 kilograms (7.9 LBS) would be 720 grams (1.58 LBS) of the total by weight is sodium.
