This is actually mislabeled by Amazon..

These are NOT 11G protein cookies.. They're 5g. Barely enough to be called a "protein" snack.

Thanks for catching that and pointing out. Agree that these macros are not worth it.

Yea. Short for macronutrients. So what? Just pointing out that the protein amount is not worth it for me.

thats a major reason why people buy these .... the macros. its a protein bar in cookie form.

Quest did a bad job here as op and posters pointed out. if you dont understand that move on.

Legendary makes some really good 200cal 20g protein cinnamon rolls

LOL thanks for letting us know that cookies don't have enough "macronutrients" (calories to protein ratio is what you actually mean) for you.

We all knew that but thanks anyway.

*Hint, this isn't albacore.

Seems you, and all those people you imagine, are conflating bulking snacks with diet food. Most of us knew that already.

And yes, Legendary makes good stuff. But anyone counting "macros" (calories) should stay way from those too. Again, not diet food nor do we need 87 people in each thread mansplaining that cookies have calories....

OK MR. WOOHOO Snarkypants. They do have enough macronutrients if you eat enough of them.

If you're unfamiliar Quest you can just say that. But someone looking at the macro's on their products is about as unsurprising as the sun coming up today.

Mr nlgrpn14 can't see the forest for the trees, It isn't supposed to have MaCrOnUtRiEnTs. It....is....A....COOKIE.

Sorry cookies have calories but it isn't Quest's fault nor mine. Your anger should be directed at whatever deity (or force) you believe created the universe.

Just one more time for good measure....COOKIES ARE NOT DIET OR HEALTH FOOD. THEY NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER WILL BE. Only you seem confused by this.

Chocolate Cake Cookies are never a good place to look at the macros. Seems you are unfamiliar with basic nutrition concepts if you are confused by that, and that appallingly obvious fact is about as unsurprising as the sun coming up today. Chocolate Cake Cookie ≠ diet / health food.

LOL...I should start charging for my nutritional support services.

Like I said, if you're unfamiliar with the Quest brand you can just say so. You can read about them here: https://www.questnutrition.com/pages/our-mission

Couldn't find anywhere claiming low cal or "diet" food. What you really mean when screaming about mAcRos. Just admit it, the only part of the label you looked at was total calories per serving.....

But feel free to cite Quest about their super low calorie foods, Atkins approved diet, etc. I'll be waiting here with bated breath (and a healthy A1C). Remember kids, it is a COOKIE not a can of tuna. Please don't judge it using the same yard stick.

FYI, if you are unfamiliar with basic nutritional concepts, you can just say so. You can read about them here:
