Use these for flying if you have ear pain and nothing else. This is a terrible drug for regular use, highly addictive and frustrating to break the habit

It's addictive in the sense that it provides amazing relief but if used too long, then it will create a dependency due to rebound congestion where nasal passages swell worse than before and you will use more to relief that congestion and creating vicious cycle. It's advised to use no more than 3 days in a row, but some say a week is fine. If you have chronic congestion and need to depend on this, then a visit to an ENT is advised. I only use this for when I have bad sinus infections but my sinus surgery has helped with that for several years now

you can get the same from Walmart for much cheaper price all year round and dollar tree sells it for $1.25 and it has the same stuff in them.

Agreed, there is nothing special about this price. If one doesn't have a local source and they use prime, this could be a good deal. I just get it locally when I need it. As others have said, it's for short term use only. Try to use it as little as possible, like once a day at bedtime.

Phenylephrine is a superior compound and works within a minute. My gf says it burns her sinuses. You can water it down with saline if that's the case and it still works. It's also how you break the habit. On a side note they give phenylephrine orally in Sudafed to replace pseudoephedrine and it DOES not work , has been proven to not work and there should be a class action lawsuit against it because they knew it didn't work but they sold it in DayQuil and other decongestants knowing it was bunk. For the past 20 years. You can get both this and the phenylephrine version at Walmart for cheaper with free shipping with Walmart+ if you have one close by
