Fantastic headphone for this price when it comes to usability design and comfort. Best sound? No, but very good. (I use the bass reducer setting and that reboots it.) Best ANC? Arguably, for the generation, and not far off from current headphones. Best comfort? For me, absolutely.

I also own the 2nd gen and between the two, just get this. The 2nd gen's improvements are not enough to justify the $399 price right now vs this.

Great price, the navy blue one was $280 at Best Buy. I have the black and they are amazing. At that price, buy don't think.

Gen 2 should be at this price. Total joke to think people are dropping this much on headphones with so many options, and I'm a HUGE Bose fan, have several pairs of their over the ears ones.

Most comfortable headphones I have ever tried.

Just saw them discounted at Best Buy and Target yesterday. I recall Best Buy was also $279 while Target was $299. For those with the Circle card you will save 5% off the $299.
