Lol, go ahead and spend 2x to have the convenience of not having to have an extra cable around (which btw is included). You don't even need a charger with these. Just consider the cable as the charger.

Edit:
After reading reviews I canceled my order. There were pictures and reviews of batteries blowing up. There's a reason why integrating a charger into a battery is not a good idea on something this small.

These things are pretty nasty. Fried 2 just plugging the micro-B connectors in. Continued to get hot even unplugged. Took them outside expecting them to catch fire (they didn't).

Curious...why would you waste a more expensive battery that sacrifices capacity for a built-in charging system, for use in a device with a built-in charger?

I bought a set of 4 of these last month. Unfortunately, they are slightly oversized and will not fit into my EOTech . They seem to work fine on most other AA devices.

I have eneloops too. I buy 1.5v Li-Ion because some devices need the 1.5v to function properly. However, I am not sure how well these live up to the claims on the label on capacity. So far, I am very happy with the XTAR ones.
