This is a very good deal, I paid about this much for two 100W cable from anker a few weeks back

Did not know you can buy this capacity. It always seems to me the 100 watt cables are not carrying the load.

It's not the cable incapable of carrying the load. It's the device that determines the load. A device that state it can do 100w will rarely do 100w because the software running the wattages will throttle down to prevent battery and/or components wearing.
