They're not brand new... they've been around for several years. I got my first one almost 3 years ago and they've been around longer than that.
They are popular though, because they're great.
One of my favorite small gifts to give.

When I worked in the trades to scope out a situation before dragging in all my tools, I could get a good idea of what was going on with a knife and a screwdriver. I always carried a blade. So the screwdriver is just icing on the cake.

I could also use this around the house. 90% of the time I either need a knife to cut open a box, or a screw driver to change out the batteries on my kids toys. I think its a pretty useful tool to have on you at all times.

Best utility knife in existence IMO. This is going to be super YMMV though - 'online' is out of stock so you'll need to luck into a local store that still has stock.

They're brand new and they're all the rage on YouTube amongst the tool guys and EDC crowd. This is a nice sale price for 2.

I like it except...the mechanism is a little sticky and the way the extra blade is stored is not as good as other approaches. But the bit driver more than makes up for it. It's my new favorite utility blade.

An older model has room for five extra blades instead of the bit driver. This will likely be an unpopular opinion but personally (at least for my use case), I think this model is stupid and pointless. Like, why tf would I need (or even want) a screwdriver on my utility knife???
Fortunately, they still offer the model with extra blade storage. Unfortunately, it often isn't eligible for these deals, at least not for a price I'm willing to pay for in the configuration I want that is cheap enough to justify the purchase as somebody who already owns one that doesn't have blade storage (or any extra features for that matter), which is either by itself or w/ the compact model.

Blade storage model bundle w/ 50 blades https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwa.../313185659
There's another one w/o the extra blades for like $6 cheaper.
