Only 2 SATA/Molex cables, and 3 PCIe:

How is that a problem? Literally 5 SATA connectors is more than enough.

OP is incorrect, the MEG and MPG line are tier A the MAG are tier C FYI.

I'm on my third MAG A750GL with the first two having premature fan failures. This 750GLS actually uses a different fan(135mm) so maybe that's a non issue.

You're incorrect. The MAG A-GLS line is A- Tier, the MAG A-GL Tier is B Tier. And then the various MAG Bronze PSUs are F or C Tier. https://docs.google.com/spreadshe...1973454078

Okay, thanks for the updated sheet. I'm glad it at least acknowledges the fans on the GL are crap and seemingly improved on the newer GLS at least 750 and above.

It's on 2 cables, which is less flexible.
As far as I can tell, most other 750W PSUs have 3 or 4 drive cables.

One exception I know of is Corsair RM750e.

My Cooler Master MWE Gold 750 V3 comes with 3 sockets for SATA but only 2 cables. Looks like a cost cutting for PSUs in that price segment, it's annoying but if price is good it's hard to justify paying even a $10 more for a PSU with extra cable.
