For those who don't know, light tuna is a smaller species like skipjack whereas white tuna is albacore. Light tuna meat is flaked smaller and tastes a little fishier whereas albacore has a milder taste. If you like big steak-like chunks, go for albacore. However, light tuna has the advantage of having less mercury.
