I've had mine a year, and it is still great. I am not a super heavy gamer though.

Damn... I bought this for like $60 in 2004. Put it in storage 10 yrs later and now after another 10 yrs the plastic is all degraded and sticky. Was good while it lasted though and I think I got my moneys worth. All about the Bluetooth these days I guess.

If it's the non-slip coating you can take them off with acetone. May mar the plastic underneath though.

Stay away from Razor. Their quality is trash.

I use this for work everyday, without Razer software installed. Works great for my purposes, no issues with double clicking or reliability. Going on 2 years now.

Many mice will double-click unintentionally over time due to worn-out mechanical switches. It's all depends how hard you click..

I went through about 5 Razer DeathAdder mice over the years; they all had the double-click issue. Now I have been using Redragon M909 mouse for almost 5 years, and it's still going strong.

These are trash, I've had deathadder elites last for many years and still going but I've had 3 deathadder essentials die within a year sometimes without much use at all. Usually develops a drift that pulls hard to one side.
