Thanks for reminding me to check rewards. I don't have the Google Play offer but I do have $15 in rewards for $80 spend and it excludes gift cards.

The Google play deal is available to everyone. It's in the weekly sale ad.

And the exclusions for the Circle Rewards Offer is for TARGET gift cards, not Google Play.

You must buy Google Play in $50 minimum increments to get the $5 Target GC. So you could buy two $50 Google cards and get two $5 Target GC plus $15 Rewards .

Or Buy one $50 GP and $30 worth of other filler items in the same transaction.
