If these actually run 16+ hrs even on low, then it might be a good deal provided "low" is still something you could feel the coolness. I saw similar ones on clearance past summer at TJ, or Marshalls for some around $4 or something but didn't buy because th9se had ridiculous low hours even for low settings, something like 2 hrs on low.

Got a two pack of this same fan from Costco a few months back. They are very good and last a long time. In fact the first few times I used them I was surprised how long they lasted. They are light and work well. I don't do lawn mowing now without them. Absolutely a necessity in the Texas heat.

Do note that there are many many brands offering differing quality, weight and longevity. So these are not unique. Some of them can be folded and that is a definite plus for ease if storage and mobility.
But if you want a decent quality fan with a good weight to longevity ratio these are well designed. Would definitely recommend them at this price.

The Costco two-pack are a different model. Those have a 4000mah battery, these are 5000mah.
