I think you'll find that the magnets here will be barely strong enough to hold its self up without any friction. Add in some vibration and additional cords and it will be sliding and moving all over the place.

What's the verdict on hanging this off of the garage door roller track? Figure it shouldn't be super magnetic enough to mess up garage door wheel from functioning, no?

I think you'll find that the magnets here will be barely strong enough to hold its self up without any friction. Add in some vibration and additional cords and it will be sliding and moving all over the place.

In the reviews, it says: "This is a solid piece of equipment with very strong magnets (maybe too strong for ladies)"

That review (and virtually all of them that I saw) is for the squarish one. This one doesn't have 45W USB-C PD, just 15W.

My favorite picture in the advertisement is the one where the guy is in the dark in a hard hat using the LED on the power strip to check the batteries, I mean if only there was power to plug in an actual work light somewhere.....

Another option is harbor freight has their magnetic power strip for $17 tomorrow 12/21 as part of their one day 40% sale in store if you live by one. https://www.harborfreight.com/5-o...72604.html this one has closer outlets and only usb A and no light.
