Have you ordered Viva recently? I think it has more to do with recent orders. I don't see any coupons either. My last order was in July so seems they are strict about how often you can use them.

I notice that too. Sometimes I think they tried to get it to you close to the deliver day you choose. But if they can't make it, then they will push it to next month's delivery day.

Not sure why tho.
