I have 2 pair of similar if not physically identical random name ear plugs. I'm a side sleeper and I use them every night. I already have 1.5 pair [lost one lol] and I'm probably gonna grab this too for my travel bag.

I have both and prefer this kind. The loop ones I have are the ones that have like 3 levels of whatever but these I find work best for sleeping even though the loops are just as comfortable
