Knowing how much they suck, I decided to back off the big cart I had and get one Dominos $25 card for $21, which, first off, they are calling 20% off and it's bad math. They also have the same problem with the $50 gets you $10 extra, both are 16%.
So, this thing send a gift card, after you create an account, and guess what? It's not a gift card, it's a promo card with an expiration date. They don't even fool with the "you bought a gift card, we gave you a promo bonus." Just a straight up $25 expiring in a few months promo card.

It's illegal to expire gift cards in my state, they are pushing the envelope with this bullshit. And they are all several handoffs deep to claim innocence. I may file with the state. Just stay away from these guys, AAA is good at towing cars and that's about it, they are not a bank.

Don't do it people. These guys are a train wreck, stick to google or other discount sites, they work immediately. The extra 5% adds up to nothing but a ton of work and stress. And when they can't figure out that 20% is 16% until the receipt is sent, it's fraud, misrepresentation. Plus illegally expiring gift cards. Complete scam.

EDIT: After another pester email from me, they finally got it fixed. Mind you, this is for $4 savings, and required a new account (with all your info transferred), set up under some subaccount vendor AAA turned this mess over to, and pimped out their mailing list just like they do with ENDLESS life insurance junkmail fakeout letters they send every week. Their site codes it as a "credit" so I guess they can expire it. And certainly, they paid SD too for the promo. STAY AWAY
From their system, I do not know what the 1/28/25 means. I'm cashing this out immediately:

I just sent them another email asking how long it takes to manually figure out what other places do instantly. I informed them they did figure out how to take the money very quickly. it reeks of scam and incompetence

I'm going to start by disputing with card issuer.
AAA followed up Friday admitting fault & requesting additional information. I followed up early this AM to get response / resolution and awaiting response.
