Always buy larger. Both times I've tried to use these, nothing seems to fit like it does on the pictures.

Just to give you an idea. I've installed a Bluetooth amplifier board inside one of these electrical boxes from Home Depot, with the cable glands to pass the wires. Have been using it every holiday season over the past 5+ years. The box is mounted to the painted pressure-treated board, elevated above the ground. All holes are drilled at the bottom of the box, so no water sneaks inside. The total cost was around $30.

They should offer the power strip with it or as an option.

Does the larger one seal off unused ports/entry points?

Even large one doesn't seem that large, 12x8 opening only about 5" clearance.
Also says frequently returned item.
I am looking for something like this without vent holes to install Fosi amplifier for outdoor Bluetooth receiver.
If it was a bigger one for about $25-$30, as opposed to all the other electrical mounts boxes I find are in $70 to $100, I'd jump on it.
If anyone else have any suggestions for outdoor amp mount setup, please share.

Thanks, how is history generation from that amp?
I bought this one https://a.co/d/6jvUs26 and I want to use it in the spring/summer when it could get over 80 to 90 degrees so I've been trying to get creative. Thanks for the suggestion! Ripped.

I guess you meant a "heat generation"? Smilie During my tests the board got barely warm, but it was never intended to drive big speakers or make loud sounds. Surely not a problem during the winter with 20-40F outside.

For the outdoor enclosures with power supplies (to drive 5/12v to the lights) I use cheap plastic ammo boxes from HF. This is where I install this type of vents:
https://amzn.to/4b1oJz2 and the cable glands I mentioned above
