Apparently free for what I would presume to be a limited time. Price for bundle says $18.99 but crossed out to $0.00. I tried it and it worked. Not sure if it is a Prime only feature.

Yeah that means the OP just used his Amazon credits, like what you get when you chose no rush shipping. My wife thought she "found a deal" for something she wanted to watch, yeah, was just the credits I had not been using.
