If you have a clogged injector, sure. I usually dump one in about 1-2 tanks before an oil change. If anything gets kicked into the fuel that combusts, it'll get caught in the oil and filter about to be replaced, instead of sitting there for another few thousands miles. Can't hurt the car.

Thanks, follow up questions. Is doing this the same as this service from the dealer (EFI SERVICE (FUEL INJECTION CLEANING SERVICE)). I just got the oil changed and they offered this at service time, so do you recommend holding off?

Just contains double PEA compares to premium gasoline which means pretty low concentration for fuel system failures. Pick Red Line sl-1 Techron Concentrated complete fuel system cleaner which contain much higher concentrated PEA to clean built up and clogs.
