I carry one of these in all my vehicles. We got 5" of snow the other day at work. Pulled this out, and it had my entire vehicle snow free within about 30 seconds. I was driving away as everyone else was still brushing away with their long handle scrapers/brushes.

For what it's worth, other slight differences I've noticed between the MF100 vs DF100B:

DF100B is missing RoHS lead-free markings on both manual, package, and label on the blower itself. This seems to be the most significant difference.
DF100B manual is listed as V1.0 while MF100 is V1.5, but DF100B manual has more details and information in the Attention section
DF100B accessories box has icons and text of what's inside while MF100 just has plain black accessories box
DF100B included USB charging cable is braided while MF100 comes with a standard unbraided cable
My DF100B box didn't come with any barcode/serial number stickers on the box (outline for sticker location is there and same as on the MF100 box, just DF100B box is missing the stickers)
The black color is darker than it appears in the photos to me at least (I was expecting more like a charcoal color).
Seems like the DF100B might be a more recent/refined version (based on USB cable, accessories box labels, and more details in the manual despite lower version number) but with cost savings by not getting RoHS certification.

Metallic Finish vs Dark Finish.

I have the Dark Finish model and from what I can tell by viewing Youtube videos of the MF100, they are the same. I like the look of the dark better.

What I wasn't happy about is their method of shipping. It comes in a nice retail looking box, but they stuck it in a cheap plastic Tyvek shipping bag and the box got crushed in transit. Thankfully the product seemed to still be in perfect working order and I wasn't planning to give my order as a gift, or else I would have needed to return it.

But the MF50 listed is an open-box item.
Ah, you're correct. I missed that. Well, I got one anyway.

Better off purchasing pack of condensed air (like the kind for keyboard cleaning)
Not the same thing. This thing lies between a leaf blower and a dust can. It's way more powerful than a dust can. You can dry your car with it.

They have excellent customer support. Contact them and you'll likely get a replacement sent for free. I bought a "like new" silver MF100 one on ebay during the last deal around this price (but this deal is a new one) and it never fully charged (4th light stayed blinking even after charging many hours and runtime was around 2/3rds of the advertised time). I contacted them via ebay and they sent a "like new" replacement that charges correctly and runs for the full amount of time (~10 minutes on the fastest speed or around 100 minutes on the slowest).

The WOLFBOX MF100 was the top rated air duster by Project Farm in Feb 2025 at $90. I've been looking for a good deal on this mode ever since.

I had the opposite experience just now - battery failed, wouldn't charge fully and would only run for a few seconds before dying completely, emailed their published support email and never even got a response.

Does anyone know if the generic looking MF50's from other companies are the same thing just with different branding, or are they inferior clones?

Interesting. I used ebay messages, but any of these contact methods should work:
https://wolfbox.com/pages/contact-us

Replies aren't instant. They might be in a different time zone in Asia or something. Give them a day (or two, at most). I got a reply within 12 hours. You can also try calling if they don't respond by email.
