4.7 stars on almost 7k reviews is pretty good. I have no experience with this model or brand but this style of mount is definitely stronger than some; I have an Onn mount like this that holds my old 70 pound plasma TV, which bent the heck out of a different style of mount that was supposedly good for 100lb.
I think I'll try one to mount my 55" TCL in my bedroom. Paid double or more recently for one with longer arms to mount a much heavier 65" OLED in the living room but this should be fine for the lighter 55". Don't really need the extending version but it's only a few dollars more than the other one listed here, and looks like it should snug up pretty close to the wall when not in use.

I have this exact mount that I bought last year, just gotten around to have it installed by a handyman for a LG b4 65in OLED. It's solid, the extension mechanism is smooth but heavy, the only downside so far is the rotation mechanism is a bit of a pain to adjust once a TV is on, it often shift when tightening so I had to over correct it first before locking it down.

I also bought this, and a slight variation with some metal panel, many months ago and thought it's fairly well made. I'm using it for a 65" LG C3 and an older heavier samsung 65".
Both seem solid while being cheap. However I never extend them except to do the hookups or modications.

This could be me writing this. Same. Got it a while ago and just installed it the other day. Very sturdy. Had my 13 year old dead hang from it to test it out. It's a bit stiff when you want to move the TV angle but it's a solid unit. Would definitely buy again

Great timing - just tried to replace an old 32" 720p TV in the basement with a new one, and the existing mount won't work. Slickdeals never fails!

I had one for my 77" OLED. Don't recommend at all. The screws that tighten the position of the tv can easily strip and barely hold. Don't recommend at all. Trust me, spend more and get something higher quality.

Would not stay straight with my 77" oled.

Bought this earlier this year and it's holding up a 65" LED, would definitely buy again. The only niggle would be that the brackets that attach to the TV just sit on the rail and can slide a little if you get a bit aggressive adjusting it (or are all brackets like this?). Can't beat it for the price.

mounts are something i am okay spending more on since in theory, it's a one time charge.

i do want one with full motion as it's such a pain to connect inputs after the fact. does anyone else have a suggestion on a better mount for 65 inch tv mini led that allows full motion for ease of installing and uninstalling inputs behind the tv?

Not a coincidence. Bezos knows everything that's happening in your home.
