With a case, the tool only sells for $280-ish on 2nd hand market.
I'd place it at $240 without a case, plus 2 5ah bartteries & a charger puts it just below the listed price here. Although, not a smoking deal, good if you need it now. DEFINITELY not ever going down to $199 unless a price mistake.

Those are the same batteries. Old labels show the "XR" branding, the new 18650 cell 5ah batteries don't have XR displayed on it.
The one difference is that your link is to a kit that includes the case and was likely the older single stage charger, everything else is the same.
