Anybody know about these? I'd rather hear from you than trust a review or sponsored content

There are tons of these on amazon and elsewhere, what makes this particular one special / trustworthy? Seems to me like the price is inflated then offset by a coupon to give the illusion that you're getting an unbelievable deal.

This or the Sharper Image Flex version from Costco for $130?
Sharper Image at Costco is available online as well as in the warehouse.

I just picked up a Large for $150 ($700 - $550 coupon)! Apparently these are portable with a battery pack and are 75% faster than their regular ones.
Faster what?

75% faster inflation. They're like massage balloons.

Do you think it helps with blood circulation?
Yes, I think that's their main purpose.

Just bought the one from Costco. Their return policy trumps the Amazon deals. Also, Costco was $20 cheaper.

I bought a similar one for roughly half this price about a year ago. Used it a handful of times but then stopped. They are a PITA to put on and store (takes lots of space, need to deflate/squeeze out air, hose is bulky)-- more hassle than they are worth. Your feet can get hot and itchy too since the material doesn't breathe. And it makes you immobile/stationary, which defeats the purpose of encouraging circulation. If you are using these for massage, you will likely get bored of it soon. If using these for swelling or circulation, TED hose/tight socks would be much more convenient and comfortable. If you are bed bound and using this to reduce risk of DVTs, then it may be helpful (mimicking serial compression devices used in the hospital), but that is a very niche situation.

I got the Costco one. My daughter (teen athlete) uses it at lease once a week. Not sure the result but some drawbacks can share: 1 shower before usage 2 has to lay down and straight legs when using 3. Even at most power, she feels no difference/results.
I am going to try my friend's high-end Hyperice during vacation. Maybe that one works better.

Never tried a leg compression unit, but I recently got a Shaper Image massage gun for $50 from Costco. It has a heated and cooled massage function with 6 speeds. It's so well made and powerful that I have stopped using my Theragun massager.

I had a previous Sharper Image massage gun that I gave to my dad and that's still working for him after 4 or 5 years. And he uses it everyday. I trust Sharper Image more than some Amazon seller.
Which Theragun did you have? I was debating about getting a Theragun and then yesteday I saw the Shaper Image massage gun from costco

I got it yesterday from Costco. I am not an athlete, but the pressure at setting 2 was enough for me. 3 was too much. For me it is pretty strong. Also, the return policy makes it no brainer.
I use it over the clothes, so I don't have to shower before each use, LOL.

I think I have the Elite. It's the model without the removable battery or USB charging. It was the middle model about 5+tests back when they only had 3 models. Now their lineup seems to have changed quite a lot with Mini, Pro, pro plus etc

Do we have to squeeze out the air after every use?

Also, when you mention your daughter feels no difference or results, does she not feel better after using or does she not feel any compression at all?
