Guess I live too close to a store to get them shipped...but also too far to make sense to drive all the way out there to pick them up.

I've had hundreds of dollars in water bills and damage caused when a leak got out of control while I was away. So, leak sensors are definitely worth the investment. But it would be nice to not have to invest as much $$ (which is why we're all here, the first place).

Likely new matter models... But Zigbee is not going anywhere, the protocol is 20 years old.
