Last time I ordered this they destroyed the entire package, took 3 weeks to route it back to Amazon, and then gave me a bunch of crap about demanding a full refund. The package never even arrived but Amazon expected ME to pay for it. We've basically sworn off food from Amazon because of this.

I'm starting to think this is some sort of weird insurance scam, these have never made it to my house unbroken even though I order other stuff in glass jars without issues. Then Amazon refunds me immediately, without question. l can't imagine how many thousands of these jars are being broken, and does it make Amazon money somehow? If it hurt them they would figure out a way to stop them from breaking.

Amazon self insures. I think they do it just to screw with us and laugh at the stories from the reps.
