All the Philip lineup use the exact same inards and use ceremic grinder. The more expensive brands use burr grinder (supposedly last longer and less chances of shattering unlike ceremic).
I owned 2 flavors of these from Costco and returned both and kept the Delongi Evo.
Main thing is u can only get so much out of quality coffee out of any Philips machine. The actual grinds are smaller compared to DeLongi. The water temp on the Philips is just ok....The Delongi has water temp controls so u can program the water temp to max water temp (which means better extraction).
I mean for most people , this machine is ok and it makes good milk based drinks but if u are a black coffee or espresso drinker, consider Delongi. I bought the Delongi during BF at Costco ($499).
The ground coffee pucks on DeLongi is almost 30% bigger than Philips.
You can also adjust the water temperature of the Philips, the hottest setting improves shot quality a bit. Shots are passable once dialed in, but I'm not a big fan of the steamed milk quality from the LatteGo system.
Yeah, the Delonghi Magnifica models use more grounds and thus produces typically stronger/better shots.

There's nothing wrong with flat ceramic burrs. For example, Baratza Vario uses them, not a low end grinder. Obviously, most flat and conical espresso grinding burrs are stainless steel, but that doesn't mean ceramic are bad. Yes, many super cheap portable or cordless hand grinders and peppermills have crap ceramic burrs, but not with brands like Phillips. Phillips went with flat ceramic burrs "because" they last longer, stainless steel burrs do "not" last longer than ceramic burrs. That matters for a superauto because the burrs are not easily replaceable, you want long lasting burrs.
Just my opinion...As far as who owns Phillips I don't think that shouldn't matter. A lot of small appliance brands are owned by conglomerates or investment firms. Phillips and Saeco are now owned by Versuni, which was bought by Hillhouse Capital, a global investment company. I also wouldn't make my decision based on an anecdotal mentions by people that got a lemon. It happens with every brand, including Jura, DeLonghi, Gaggia, etc. I'm guessing that Amazon has sold tens of thousands of the 3200 to happy customers since it's a well established model and has been around for years. Plus, it's shipped and sold by Amazon, so you have 30 days to decide to whether or not it's a keeper, "FREE refund/replacement until Jan 31, 2026". You won't beat the price for what it does.

Delongi also using same grind size, high water temp and same beans and brew settings.
Again, for most people who haven't used higher end machines will NEVER see the taste difference and , for milk based drinks, the Philips does an excellent job. I returned both Philips as I mainly drink black espresso and black coffee so the Delongi was better "tasting" in my experience.
I'm not a pro but the water temp on the Delongi is also much higher than what I could get out of the Philips machine.
What do you use?
The machine is easy to operate, has bunkers for both grounded and beans, 20-bar pump, self-cleaning, cups preheating functions, sensors-controlled, and the milk frother is a masterpiece. 48 months Philips extended warranty on the brew group (according to the flyer enclosed if still valid). Note the 3200 design is outdated, no longer promoted by Philips. Nevertheless, the unit runs great and looks descent.
Just use good no-flavors-added coffee to get the amazing output.
The price of 4 Benjamines is unbeatable, lower than that of semi-automatic machines.
