Similar prices are available on EPP or EDU and no open box depends if you're gonna get a warranty but cyou ups have issues or slight damage depending on condition at bestbuy

No one can tell the difference between 120hz and 165hz accurately so I wouldn't really pay much attention to that

I also like the coating better on the S95F so I'd rather go with that model. Additionally, if I could find a new S95C 77" in stock, I'd buy that and call it a day. I have the 65" model, and I wouldn't mind getting the bigger size.

The one product category I REFUSE to buy open box... is high end televisions. There's just too much that could go wrong, or could have already. Especially in these larger sizes.

Nah, it'll be good for me. I primarily play with a controller so I'll be sitting 9-10FT away from the panel so I'll be good to go.
