True, but you don't get the Target RedCard 5% off if you use the GC...but the 10% off is clearly better than 5%.

I used a Chase card with 5% via PayPal when I got my gift card. So almost 15% off (technically 14.5%).

Anyways, it's always a good idea to load up on those gift cards. They get spent eventually.
