This is a very good dash cam with Sony Starvis 2 sensor - proven to be one of the best for dashcams as of now. I bought this when it was on sale briefly for ~$50 and I am very very happy with the purchase. There are so many useful features - most of which I was not even aware or thought I will use/need when I bought it.

This is the lowest I have seen it go after that crazy ~$50 sale.

Like I mentioned in the OP, I bought this dasham during the short-lived insane $50 sale from Sep 2025. I have to mention that my unit that arrived first was faulty and kept restarting again and again. I reached out to pelsee support and they were prompt in responding and providing a resolution for the issue by replacing my unit. Since then, the replacement unit has been working fine. They were also able to resolve other minor things like configuring the timestamp such that it does not reset by itself. Coming to the picture/video quality of the front 4K unit, it's great. License plates are visible and readable both during day and even night time (thanks to their night vision tech that seems to work as expected). The lane departure warning and GPS tracking are fairly accurate as well. This has been by far, the best dash cams I have ever owned, especially with the customer support and the tons of features. Off late, I also purchased their hardware kit for parking surveillance and it has been working great.

I'd go with redtiger over this. Slightly cheaper on eBay for the same specs and 2 year warranty

There look to be a few results for this brand, which model do you suggest?

I have 3 of the f7np and have no issues with them. They also have slightly higher end models but I haven't used them.
