Last time my order was cancelled and the $10 promo certificate was never back to my account.
Seems once you use it for an order cancelled or fulfilled, it's just long gone.

Soon as you use it, it's burned. Cancellation of an order or doing a return doesn't bring it back.

This is also true of reward points. Make you you really want an item and intend on keeping it before cashing in a huge amount of reward points on it.

Nice. I don't have any Rewards this time around, but last time (last month) they cancelled my order in which I used a $10 rewards certificate. It didn't automatically apply to my account after cancellation, but they did give me a $10 discount manually after contacting them. So thumbs up for their customer service.

Indeed. At least at times some of the stores would have one off clearance prices that were unbeatable. Though even those have disappeared.

I was tempted to buy the Black Dualsense and Spider-Man 2 bundle for $70 but without knowing if the game would auto cancel and effectively give me a new controller for $40 it wasn't worth the gamble.

Worked on $15 Roblox card just now. I guess not it has to be over $10 in order to work. I tried using it for $10 Roblox GC but couldn't either. $15 Roblox GC had no issues at all

I got the email and I see the certificate under my account but when I try to check out it shows "no available certificates" and I can't get it to apply during checkout. Never had this issue before. Anyone else experiencing this?
