Very comfortable if theyre anything like the 3s - I have a wider foot and normal size works great for me. They also have a hole in the bottom of the shoe that helps keep your feet ventilated. If you buy them right out of the box you'll see they're high quality. I have a specific shoe I use for squats/leg day, adidas total workout shoe, so can't vouch for how these are for leg lifts but from the feel they'd be great.
