Just search online. Tons of stories of people getting banned for too many returns and customer concessions.

Every time they refund for something as a courtesy, it is recorded on your account. I only contact them when I have been genuinely wronged. This is not one of those cases as even though the listing shows pack of 12, we all know that is too good to be true, and based on the shipping weight, you are only getting one.

Tons of stories - yes, but actual reasons are rarely known. Most posters are shady and I'm pretty sure have abused the system in many ways. Here the description clearly states 12 pack / 1.43 kg shipping weight

You do you. I just don't want to do anything to get banned by Amazon as that would be an absolute nightmare based on how much I show there and at their local grocery stores. Also, getting a $4.13 refund won't change anything.

Amazon used be be a lot more lenient in the past, but they have started tightening their belt over the past few years.

Guess in your "mind" there's going to be multiple Senate hearings before they decide to ban your account.

In the real world, if it "looks" like you might be doing shady stuff, it easily could get banned.


This listing has no clear direction in which way it will go given no reviews, the product weight being only for one and not even a pic of one or a multi-pack.

It's fine to play the listing game if one understands it will sometimes work out and sometimes it won't and just going with the flow when it doesn't.
